Our term of delivery service

Delivery Area
Delivery is available in almost all the area within Klang Valley (some of the areas will required additional delivery charges,please refer to our delivery zone schedule for more detail) including Petaling Jaya, Subang, Klang, Shah Alam, etc.
We also provide delivery service throughout Malaysia and worldwide via our wide network of affiliate florist (please contact or email us for further enquiries).


Delivery Time
-For orders received before 1:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), delivery is within same day unless specified otherwise.
-For orders received after 1:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operation availability, we will try to arrange same day delivery if possible, but if not, the deliveries will be made on the next working day unless specified otherwise.
-For orders received after 1:00 PM on Saturday as well as on Sunday, delivery will be made on the upcoming Monday except is a special arrangement in advance order (refer to our special arrangement policy).
-If your delivery date is falls on Malaysia Public Holiday, the delivery will be made on the next working day except for special arrangement in advance order (refer to our special arrangement policy).


Delivery During Peak Season
During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas, Chinese New Year, kindly place your order Two(2) days in advance to guarantee the availability of stocks.
Due to the higher demand than usual during Peak/Festive season, we will try to accommodate your special time request as practical as we can. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date .
Place your order earlier and we will try our utmost best to meet your desired delivery date and time.


Special arrangements on Sunday and Public Holiday policy
- For orders on Sunday and Public Holiday please place your order 2 days in advance,an extra charges of rm20 will be apply on all special arrangement.This service only available within KL and PJ delivery area.


Delivery Practice
All orders shall be delivered to the Recipient's address given by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. However, FloriFlori.com delivery team will try their best to hand over the flowers/gifts to the names Recipient directly at the time of delivery.
1.Please supply complete recipient details (name, address and contact number (especially if it is a home delivery)) to ensure timely deliveries.
2.FloriFlori.com will not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery of the flowers and gifts in the following circumstances:
o the recipient of the order is not present at the address given and there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
o the address is incorrect.
o the recipient contact number is not provided or an invalid number is given.

A surcharge of RM15.00 per attempt will be charged for every redirection and second attempt delivery.


Subsitute Policy
FloriFlori.com reserved the right to make subsitution on the flowers, green, basket, vase, wrapping paper, fruits, soft-toys,GIFT,GOURMETS and any other material used in our flower arrangements to the same or better quality shall the original materials are out of stock or not available from our suppliers.


Payment alternative for your order
Currently we are providing 2 payment alternatives for your convenience to shop with us:-
1) On-line Payment via the world well-known secured payment gateway from iPay88.

2) Direct Bank-In / Online Fund Transfer

Orders will be confirmed and fulfilled only with full payment received. Exceptions are orders belonging to approved corporate accounts.


Pricing during festive season (e.g Valentine's day)
We will always keep our product quality with a affordable price, but during festive season especially Valentine's Day, where due to the shortage of fresh flower supply ,our cost will be higher than normal day, hence some of our product price will be revised. But this shall be transparent to you whereby what you see on the price shown on the festive season page is what you need to pay.


Our Secure On-Line Payment System
Our Online Payment System is done via the World most well-known Payment Gateway from iPay88 where iPay88 is using Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems on the iPay88 Server and 128 bit SSL is used on the web browser, a very high level of encyption method to ensure your credit card information is being treated savely and secured. At the browser 128 Bit SSL is used.
We are guranteed by iPay88 for every online transaction via its payment gateway.


Order comfirmation
For order that pay via our Online Payment system, you will receive an acknowledgement email from Worldpay to ensure that your payment is being successfully accepted and processed.
If you choose to pay by either Direct Bank In or Post Cheque, we will contact you to confirm your order once your payment had been accepted and processed by our banker.


Refund Policy
Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will either give you a free-replacement or refund the money equivalent to your order.
However, the refund will be given at the discretion of FloriFlori.com
We'll have a transaction charge of 5% of the purchase price for any given refund by FloriFlori.com. Hence, the refunds amount will be purchasing price less 5%.


Change/Cancellation of order
You can at anytime change your delivery address or your recipient's info before the date of delivery.
Cancellation of order must be made at least ONE day (24hrs) in advance before the actual delivery date
There will be a 50% cancellation charge if arrangements have already been made or delivery has been attempted.
